Smoother sign-up and document matching

• —Getting started is now faster: if your organisation is already set up, the bureau name is pre-filled at the account creation step and you reach your dashboard in one click.
• —P60s and payroll summaries are matched to employees more reliably — the document filename is used alongside the PDF content so matching works even for documents with minimal embedded text.
• —Uploaded filenames are shown in full in the review table, and a preview link lets you open any document before committing to save it.

Scheduled delivery — visibility and control

• —Pay runs approved with a future delivery date now show as "Scheduled" across the pay run list and detail views, keeping delivered and queued runs clearly distinct.
• —Cancel a scheduled delivery at any time before it goes out — the pay run reverts to draft so you can make corrections and resubmit.
• —If payroll data changes after approval, re-importing updated figures for a scheduled period is a single step from the pay run page.
